Palsgaard Gods has a more than 100-year tradition of engaging in the local community of which the company is a part. Over the years, Palsgaard and the Schou Foundation have made contributions to the local community in the form of facilities for the benefit of the area's residents, including the establishment of Palsgaard Golf A/S, which was established in the early 1970s and which formed the basis for the establishment of Horsens Golf Club and later the current Juelsminde Golf Club.

Today, Palsgaard – in addition to being the owner of the course and clubhouse – is a sponsor and active in the continued development of Juelsminde Golf Club and the associated beautiful surroundings.
